The J&D Credit Control Service becomes another arm to your organisation, we take away the administrative load whilst you have full control of the process.
We can come in and assess your credit control procedures for a set fee, giving you a full report of what is working and what improvements would help. In addition we would happily work with you and your team to instigate these changes and re-train anyone if needed.
On top of the consultancy service J&D provide different levels of service using Credit Control to manage the situation they find themselves in. Our assistance level will depend upon your circumstances but broadly speaking will fall into three main areas:

Providing backup for absent personnel
Totally seamless cover so your customers don’t know the difference. For larger companies we can come to you or we can dial into your system from our premises.

This is our speciality we will do all the credit control for you, reducing your debtor days and your overheads; increasing your cash-flow.*

The Controlled Process
You want the best practice for your Credit Management and that is what J&D offer. If an invoice is overdue your customer is called and pre-checks are made before a system is interrupted. We often find that over time customers are happy to adapt to a well-defined system which will ease your cash-flow worries. In the rare instances payment cannot be gained our separate Dept Recovery team will pursue in our name.
